Digital outdoor advertising technologies have increased the value of advertising projects, along with their complexity and cost. Tim assists with developer-landowner agreements, license and lease agreements, operating and sales agreements. (We don't currently handle the entitlement process.)
Purchase and Sale of Goods
Maybe you're buying something big, or a whole lot of something small. The same laws govern the purchase of a gallon of paint (or ten thousand gallons) and a $2 million industrial compressor. Most of the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code can be changed by contract, and many of them typically are. Tim assists clients with purchasing transactions and vendor concerns.
